As expected,
1st day of PTI course, i can see the hardship that i have to go thru for 1mth.
With my Knee like this...
how can i run within 11.40, & my weakest 8 chin up.
Pathetic!!
Its so disappointing that I've to declare difficulties in running with knee pain.
PTI lei, cannot run... throw face..
Why?!
NS only.. why work so hard..
my as well slack all the way.. relax..
now injured, also cant relax anymore.
