Due to some circumstances...
sry to this customer, for me showing a little temper to you..
i was told after that i look kinda fierce when i handle him.
hmm..
now i think back... mayb i did..,
that i show my temper...
I never thought that i bring my personal feelings into work.
Just...thots are running ard my head..
